Mark Levin joins the rest of the media on Barack Obama's birth certificate.
How do I Become a Naturalized United States Citizen?
Children with One Citizen Parent and One Non-Citizen Parent:
If you were born before November 14, 1986 (but after December 24, 1952), you are a citizen if your U.S. citizen parent lived in the United States for at least 10 years. At least 5 of the 10 years that your parent lived in the United States must have been after your citizen parent's 14th birthday. (Obama's mother had him at age 18, only 4 years after the age of 14).
